At Irish Chauffeur Transfers, we value your time and peace of mind. That’s why our cancellation policy is clear, fair, and easy to follow. Whether you’re booking airport transfers, tours, or business travel, we aim to provide flexibility and clarity in every situation.

Cancellation Policy for Standard Chauffeur Services

  • More than 24 hours before service: Cancel at no cost and receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: The booking is non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Full booking cost will apply if no cancellation is made.

Tour and Long-Distance Booking Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before service: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • 72 hours to 24 hours before service: 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: The booking is non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Full fee charged if you don’t arrive or cancel.

How to Cancel a Chauffeur Booking

Refund Process and Timing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy

If your flight or train is cancelled and no alternative is available, you’ll receive a full refund. For more information on your rights as a traveler in Ireland, please visit the CCPC’s consumer travel rights page.
