Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time: No cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time: Cancellations made up to 24 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.No-shows: If you do not show up at the designated meeting point and have not canceled your booking, you will be charged the full booking cost.
Tours and Long Distance Travel:
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled service time: No cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund.Cancellations made within 5 days but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time: A cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking cost will be charged.No-shows: If you do not show up at the designated meeting point and have not canceled your booking, you will be charged the full booking cost.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions:
Flight/Train Cancellations: If your flight, train, or other transportation is canceled and you cannot find an alternative travel arrangement, you will receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible with the details of your cancellation.
Modifications:
If you need to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, subject to availability and our modification policy.
